Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days across India, depending on your location. Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply, if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email so you can follow your package in real time.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at support@childlearn.in with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within India. We are not able to process international orders at this time.
